Great ab workouts



Performing as numerous crunches as you can each is not effective. You don't have to go to drastic measures to burn stomach fat and uncover your 6 pack abs. Instead only use these great ab workouts.

Regular crunches on the floor are ineffective. They strain your neck and back. They barely even target your ab muscles. Take the place of all of them with more effective stomach workouts such as sit ups on an exercise ball or reverse crunches.

Carrying out these types of workouts are great for targeting your stomach muscles but not so much for losing abdominal fat. To lose belly fat effectively you should focus on diet and a variety of exercises.

Perform compound workout routines such as squats and chest presses since these are effective fat burners especially around the mid section. They are great muscle builders as well. Remember the fact that you will not get bulky by doing these exercises. Only if you eat a lot of food to go with it.

Now we move onto diet. Cut out any junk food and consume more natural foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and nuts. With these foods you will teach your body to burn more abdominal fat and build muscle.

Cardio is another great addition to your great ab workouts. If you are really out of shape then just start by doing light cardio for 30 minutes everyday. Something like a brisk walk is perfect.

Once you feel you are ready you can kick it up a notch and go jogging or do some jump roping.

Remember that to get rid of belly fat and build muscle you should incorporate proper diet, cardio, compound exercises, and ab exercises into your routine for some great ab workouts
